Name: Victor Belinsky
Alias: "Buck" "The Wolf of Iraq"
Age:
36
Gender:
Male
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Faction: Survivor
Role: He is for the most part a mercenary, yet he won't take the job if it involves doing something he doesn't like.
Location: Boston slums
Physical Description: Victor is well built, he is strong, as he has to be in order to live in this world. He wears long camouflage pants, with a jacket of the same color, underneath the jacket he wears a grey undershirt. He often wears face paint, and a boonie hat. Face claim- Devran Taskesen
Personality: He is a sweet guy, he has a heart of gold and wants to do the right thing. But at first he will seem cold, distant, and quiet, as he doesn't want to become good friends with anyone that might die in the near future. But if someone sticks with him for enough time, and seems capable of handling themselves, then he will show his softer side
Alignment: Good mostly. Sometimes he makes the tough decisions, and might seem like a jerk to some.
Likes: Nature, silence, small groups of friends, hunting, reading, eating
Dislikes: Strangers, infected, assholes, people that can't fend for themselves
Strengths:stealthy, absolute headshot monster, calm under stress, good tactician, expirienced, trained to kill, good tracker and hunter
Weaknesses: His weakness is socializing, he will seem cold to absolute strangers, and because of this not many people like him. Another weakness is that he tries to do TOO much for his friends sometimes even when they don't need help.
History and Background: Victor came from a hunting family in Canada. His ancestry is Russian, hence his last name, and the reasons for his father moving to Canada is unknown even to Victor himself. As a young kid he learned how to hunt deer, ever since he was a boy all he loved to do was to be outside and hunt, he had no other passion besides that and reading. So as he grew up he decided to join the Canadian military, to protect his country, and do what he loved. He was an excellent sniper and moved up the ranks, he ended up in one of the elite groups known as the JTF2. He was stationed in Afghanistan, and he participated in the hostage rescue of 2006 in Iraq. He was essential to rescuing the hostages and gained the nickname "The Wolf of Iraq" from it. When the outbreak began, he disbanded from his group and moved south to the United States, where the climate wasn't as harsh and food would be more plentiful. He lost his mother and father when the infected began to pop up. He's been around the Eastern coast of the United States doing mercenary work.
Arsenal: Hunting rifle (with a supressor) and hunting knife
Equipment: carries a canteen sometimes filled with water, a flask full of strong liquor, a stack of cards, cigarettes, has a military vest full of pouches for even more things, has a sketch book, a pencil, a pre-apocalypse wallet, a backpack with clothing he usually keeps fresh (also camouflaged), a zippo lighter with an ace of spades on it, a first aid kit, and several other survival items.
Roleplay Example: Buck had been in the woods for a week or so now. He hadn't made any good kills. But now was his chance. He had a plump looking deer 80 yards straight in front of him. The sniper hadn't eaten in several days, but nonetheless he took his time. He drew his rifle from its strap, ever so slowly, taking about a minute in the process. He laid down on the ground and prepared for the shot. His eye peeked through the tunneled scope on his gun, and he looked at the deer in great detail. It seemed so peaceful, so graceful, and a part of Buck regretted killing it. But he knew it was survival of the fittest, and this new world seemed to prefer the fittest. The survivor calculated where the lungs and heart would be, about two small movements to the left of where the head was, and three small movements down. He calculated for the small amount of wind, rearranged the shot, and pulled the trigger. In an instant the deer jumped, and half way through its leap it became limp. Buck had gotten it straight through the heart, he smirked and placed his gun behind him, he would have to skin it before the infected came to where they had heard the bullet shot. Tonight, he knew, he would eat well.
Extras: When he was in the military he usually had a spotter with him, and is currently looking for someone to stick by him. Also where do you think I should start? I don't want to place him in a location yet since I don't know where all the action is at.
