History and Background:Robert came into the world on the outskirts of Boston with an brother named Joshua older then him by 7 years and a mother whose name was Christine who provided for them when their dad disappeared suddenly, They had a small outpost in the woods with plenty of wildlife , and no encounters with infected. Robert and Joshua were very close. Always together never to far apart.
Until hunters made sport of Robert's family and killed his mom at the age of 9. Instead of killing the boys they had other plans to benefit themselves. They took there home for their own and captured Robert and Joshua forcing them to learn how to track, hunt, handle weapons, and worst of all. Kill other survivors.
It had been 14 years since they were captured and not one day went by that the two brothers didn't have revenge on their minds. Most of the hunters had split off in separate groups leaving Joshua and Robert and 5 other hunters to guard the outpost. Robert and Joshua were in the storage shack where their sleeping bags were. When Josh pulled up a floor board and pulled a wooden base ball bat out and a 9mm handgun. Josh looked at Robert and smiled "Today is the day brother...They Don't Expect retaliation no longer." Robert simply nodded not wanting to talk about the situation just wanting to get right to the point. Josh held his baseball bat to Robert. Your 23 now but your still my little brother. Ill hang on to the gun." He said taking a blue hat from the floor boards as well before placing it on Robert's head "That was our fathers before he gave it to me, It's yours now. It will bring you good luck." He stated before hugging him and crouching down exiting the shack Robert close behind. "I don't Remember dad to well...What was he like?" Robert whispered. Josh just waved him off "Not now!." He whispered harshly pointing at 2 of the 5 guards by themselves obviously drunk with spears attempting to hit a stump 10 yards away. Robert and Josh closed in on them a small fortification where they kept tools blocked the view from the guards inside from seeing. It was a perfect blind spot. Robert thought on everything they had trained him and smiled. He pulled back the baseball bat creeping closer as Josh grabbed the one waiting for his turn to throw the spear by the mouth and snapped his neck effortlessly it appeared, Slumping his body to the ground quietly. "You killed yourselves." Robert said as the man spun slightly stumbling as Robert swung the bat fast and hard. A thud was all that was heard followed by a splatter of blood hitting the ground sounding like rain drops.
Joshua hugged Robert " 2 down 3 more to go little brother! Just remember when we get out of here we need to help others. We can't let these things happen to anyone else. It's not right." Robert looked at the ground for a moment before meeting his brothers eyes. "Why. No one helped us. We can help ourselves and find somewhere safe." Joshua frowned at this "People are scared Robert. Do not lose yourself over this. You are a leader at heart you care for others more then you let on right now. Ive seen it. You are the game changer for many who cannot change there predicament. Promise me you will try to help those you can." Joshua asked with conviction leaving Robert dumbfounded. In all there life together Robert never saw Joshua so passionate about something like this. Not wanting to upset his brother he nodded "I promise" Joshua hugged his brother before creeping to the house for the final encounter. "There are 3 left. They all have guns. There is no easy way out of this little brother. I will rush in and take the two on the left quick. You need to climb up the roof to the second floor to take out the third upstairs. I will wait for your signal." he stated. Robert nodded quickly climbing up the balcony and threw the open window of what used to be his mothers room. It was trashed. It smelt of piss and alcohol. This disgusted Robert and angered him even further he heard foot steps heading towards the stair case.
" I have to stop him before he goes down stairs!" he whispered to himself quickly rushing to the door accidentally knocking a bottle off the dresser. Robert tried to double back to catch it but it shattered on the ground. A pump of a shot gun was heard before the door was kicked in. Followed by 4 shots. Robert opened the door and tackled the man with the shot gun down the stairs both fighting and struggling the way down. The mans shot gun and Roberts bat flung across the ground. A single shot echoed. Robert held his ears it was so loud, the man slumped to the side of him bleeding out of his throat. Robert looked up at his brother. he was covered in blood on his chest and arm. He was shot twice. He slumped against the wall dropping the gun. The other hunters were both on the ground lifeless. Robert rushed to his brothers side hugging him close hand pressed to his chest to slow down the bleeding " No! No you can't give up like this Josh! We finally avenged mom and now we can go help others like you said!" Robert bellowed reaching for the bandages on the counter beside his brother. They were already used. 'Those pigs...'he thought to himself tears flooding his eyes. Joshua grabbed Roberts shoulder ever so weakly and smiled blood pouring out of his mouth. "You promise..?" he whispered. Robert nodded "Yes I promise brother now lets get yo--" Josh's hand slumped to the ground lifeless. Robert cradled his brother to his chest. "I promise..." he stated several times before burying his brother by an oak tree. Robert stood up and ventured toward Boston. "Big cities means a lot of people...And danger..." He said walking a slow pace before looking back at the grave. "I promise." he said clutching the blue cap he gave him to his chest.

Roleplay Example: "Is that the best you got Rob!?" a voice bellowed out. Robert lay on the ground gasping for breath, a wooden training sword clutched in his right hand. An older man small in stature leaned over blocking the sun on Robert's face. "If this is all you can muster, perhaps I am wasting my time." The old man smirked leaning on a training sword of his own to hold himself upright. Robert glared at the man from the ground and spun himself to his feet attempting to catch him off guard the old man simply spun in a circle swiftly avoiding his savage blow and kicked at Roberts foot launching him to the ground yet again. "Blast it old man! You face me as a coward! You look for cowardly approaches and never face me head on!" Robert yelled emotions taking over. The older man snickered before his face became blank. "You think your enemies on the field of battle will treat you with such courtesy? They will not hesitate. Whatever opportunity they have to take you out. They will abuse. Do not be foolish. Control your emotions do not let your emotions control you. Or you will never take back what is rightfully yours. Now get up and wash yourself off. Training will resume again tomorrow."
Robert brushed himself off and hung the training swords back on the rack before washing the dirt off his face and hands. "I will beat my mentor one day...I will stop his annoying remarks and his smug smile...Or he will grow so old he can't swing a sword no longer..Whatever the case one of those have to happen soon or my pride will forever be wounded.." he said softly laughing to himself.
