The year is 3026 and two years ago, the leaders of the ark realized their air supply was running significantly low. Desperate for a way to fix the problem, they sent 100 of their children down to earth in order to see if it was survivable.
The earth is a place that is full of radiation. The plants and animals have mutated in ways that can be described as simply monsterous or beautiful. Plants and insects glow, while mammals are being born with two heads, peeling flesh and extreme tempers.
Though the grounders and insiders know the New Earth well, this is the first time the Sky People are seeing these things for themselves and while it is completely fascinating, the fear and need to survive soon takes hold.
One of the biggest problems the Sky People face in the beginning is how to handle crimes committed by their own people. Rather than kill them, they decide to begin banning them out into the rainforest with the threat of hanging if they are ever to return. The banished groups begin to form rebel camps in order to protect one another as the Empress Thane forms her troops in order to soon head out and wipe out the Sky People.
There is also the one threat that hides from the Sky people. Acid fog, Reaper sightings and kidnappings are becoming more and more frequent. And only the grounders and insiders know what is truly going on. The Sky People have yet to discover the insiders existence.
Yet it is simple. It is now up to you to determine whether or not peace will follow in these threatening times, or whether or war will be coming. Make choices, take stands. Follow your hearts. Rebel if necessary. But most of all, make sure to survive. As you are the future. You are our strength.

This RPG is based off the 100 right? So why aren't you following the plot line?
We are simply using the 100 as a skeleton in a sense. The plot lines, the characters... We here at Illandria all strive for them to be different then the actual series itself. We do not use canons and we do not intend to follow the series own path. We are allowing our members to make their own choices and have multiple different twists to our own version within the site. It's mainly to boost creativity and provide something different that everyone can and hopefully will enjoy.
Can we join characters with "traits/abilities"?
Yes. Mutants are allowed 2 traits or 2 Defects.
What are Mutants?
Mutants are grounders and sky people who were effected by the radiation that was kicked up when the first ships came crashing to the earth carrying the sky children.

PG13-R

Restrictions?
Word limits are not a requirement. Your chracters joining post can be as simple or as detailed as you'd like it to be. This goes for your IC posting as well. You also do NOT have to wait for acceptance in order to post after joining your character! We allow the freedom for our members to jump right in!
